This week on Sunday it broke for good and he had the new one installed within 24 hours. So nice and professional (AND returns phone calls!) - I can't recommend them enough.

Very prompt steam boiler service after making a call to get initial advice. After the technicians arrived and assessed the situation, next steps on what was going to be done, and the result of the service, were clearly communicated. All good.
