Quality repairs was very prompt in replying to my call prompt on addressing my issues with my dryer. I needed service on my relatively new Samsung washing machine, it wouldn't stay balanced. Scheduling service was very easy and the tech showed up on time. He thoroughly inspected my machine and diagnosed a bad suspension. He had the replacement part on hand and repaired it right away. The service charge was included in my repair. My machine has been working as it should since Quality Repairs fixed it!
