Quality Sealing

Andrew essentially promised us a sealing outcome for our stamped patio that turned out extremely disappointing. There was absolutely no sheen (like his posted photos) after his work was completed. A total of 5 hours was spent on the job, in which we highly over-paid. Beware of his promises vs outcome. We verified with two other reputable patio professionals and they 100% agreed with the poor workmanship. He is a one person operation / business that does not stand behind a customer satisfaction guarantee. When trying to resolve with a fair and mutually acceptable offer, he stopped all communications and never returned.

He just finished sealing the concrete in our barn, garage and driveway. He showed up on time and thoroughly cleaned everything even removing stains and tire marks. Then two coats of sealer. This guy is reliable, knowledgeable and hard working. And my concrete looks amazing! I will definitely use his services again.
