Southern Air told us our AC compressor was dead and recommended a $17k replacement. SBC quickly followed with a $14k quote for a new unit—without even checking for repairs. Thankfully, a friend referred us to Quality Sheet Metal, and we’re so glad they did. Michael took the time to properly inspect the system, confirmed the compressor was fine, replaced a capacitor, and fixed a stuck circuit breaker—all for just $300. His honesty saved us thousands. I’ve cancelled my Southern Air membership and will be using Quality Sheet Metal from now on. Great service, fair pricing, and real integrity. Highly recommend!

I ordered a custom metal sign for my husband’s business. It was ready quickly and for a good price. The folks in the office (Melanie as well as a gentleman whose name I don’t remember!) were friendly and helpful. Would def use again!

Nothing but issues since this company installed my a/c unit several years ago. Their default response has been that it is my fault for not paying them for a yearly maintenance service. They also left all kinds of trash in my attic after the initial install. They charged significantly more than I was quoted without even completing the entire job for the most recent issue. I have reached out to them several times since then without ever receiving a call back. I will not be using this company in the future.
