Quality Well Pump

Last year around May our well started having issues that tend to be annual. It’s really difficult to find well service, plumbing service or septic service when there is an immediate need, as I’m sure many of us have experienced. Mr Lamar Ellison promptly returned my call when I woke up to no water and although they were totally booked up for the day he sympathized with us and said his team would try to squeeze us in. This was on a Friday, so we were facing a weekend without running water. (We are actually experiencing an issue right now which reminded me to leave a review.) Mr. Lamar and has team was amazing! They were booked over the weekend but kept his word and came first thing Monday morning. They our pump working in less than an hour.

Lamar Ellison has customer service skills no one can match! Very happy with the quick response and Lamar had the pump fixed in five minutes.

Best bike shop I have found in jacksonville, quick, honest, fair prices. First experience with this shop was to fix what another shop on the west side of jacksonville did to my bike. Will only use this shop from now on.

Didn’t keep an appointment for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving 2024. I waited all day. Never even got a call.
