Terrible work. Eric was hired to do stucco repair work on a couple of our units. He entered a unit by removing the window without notifying the homeowner. Upon entering he removed the windowsill and in so doing...broke it. He claims that it broke due to old age. They don't break from old age, he dropped it or didn't care when he removed it. Then it took months for him to work on replacing it. Oh, wait, did I mention that the windowsill he broke was marble. Eric thought it would be okay to replace a marble windowsill with a wood windowsill...NOT. He has NOT been paid because still, 8 months later, it is still NOT fixed correctly. He argued with us, so we went and purchased a windowsill because Eric claims that neither Home Depot or Lowes had any in stock when he went. That was BS. But, we w

As a new house owner, I didn't know where to begin. I had a vision of what I wanted but had no idea where to even get started. After months and months of researching different companies, I reached out to 1 Quality Works. I spoke to Evelyna to see if I could get a quote on how much my project was going to cost me. I was in no rush and was looking for just the right company to take on this project. After 3 months of not getting a stucco job and paint done, I had to hire any other service. They did damage to pool pavers, pool screens, and assorted other issues. Could not me more disappointed. I did research too late, they are not licensed so Any damage or injuries of their staff will be yours to pay.

Very rude. Unprofessional. Extremely unhappy with how a supposed business owner talks to and treats potential customers. I'm sure he will comment on here with excuses and reasons as to why he was so rude to a potential customer. Beware not to deal with someone with this mentality!

They did a beautiful job perfectly matching our stucco. Fast service and easy to work with.
