Quam's Carpet Cleaning

Hired Quam’s for carpet and sofa cleaning. The “crew” — later learned they were the owners — entered without shoe covers, barely spoke, and were immediately rude. I felt so uneasy I called the company to verify they were legitimate. Turns out, the woman I called was the cleaner. I was instantly creeped out and asked her to leave my house. As they were gathering their things, the man and woman — the owners — started berating me. The man even shouted, “Hope you’re happy — you got your carpets cleaned for free!” I was standing halfway outside on my patio, yelling at them to leave immediately, phone in hand, ready to call 911, and keeping my small dog close because I was that scared.
