We were beyond grateful for Jason and Kyle. Jason came quickly and assisted us. Kyle was proactive in his communication and worked hard for many day. The entire team was professional. We cannot recommend them enough.

Quantum restored our Condo's garage and first floor after a flood and they did a wonderful job. The place looks brand new. They were really easy to work with and get a hold of when needed. Erhard, who acted as the on site project manager, did a great job communicating with us and letting us know what to expect at each stage of the process. We had some issues with our insurance, so our last payment was delayed, but they were kind enough to provide us with some grace and patience as we worked through it. Hope we don't experience water damage again, but if we do, I would work with Quantum again.

We had an insurance claim for water damage on all 3 floors and Quantum Restoration was amazing from start to finish. Dan, Jason, Gino, and all of the workers were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They made it easy to deal with the insurance company and made a very stressful situation a lot better. Our house looks even better than before the water damage. I noticed some water damage and reached out to a restoration service. Without even coming to assess the problem, the company wanted me to file a claim with my insurance company in order to proceed without any additional information. I balked at this and was referred to Quantum restoration by our roofer. Jason was amazing. He heard my concern and came out the next morning personally. He identified the problem (degraded seal around the outer window). He recommended I have someone seal it and said he would provide an estimate. I took care of the problem and contacted Jason again. He sent his team out who reassessed the problem and assured me it had completely resolved with the fix. He only charged me (a very small fee) for the second visit.
