Landlords don’t care about the property and property management doesn’t care about the property. Zero updates, place is literally falling apart, rent increase every year. Dog poop everywhere, hallway is disgusting, snow removal and landscaping is a joke. Once you are here you will be trapped. A 2 bedroom for 2225? That’s a 400k mortgage.
NO Stars. We went to find and view this rental: we were definitely scammed. I would like this reported. The man we met said he just got the keys today: we were the first to view and apply. All lies. Please report this listing and investigate it. Thank you.
