Home warranty selected Queen Air twice for servicing our unit and we couldn't be happier! While they did miss their appointment time once, it is the high season for HVACs and they fit us in as soon as they could. We appreciate their advice and explanations when it comes to our aging unit. They didn't try to upsell or push for things we don't need. Will definitely call them again in the future, warranty or not.

Used this company because of my home warranty. They failed to show up on appointment day, didn't call, didn't setup a reschedule. Their voicemail was full and is still full. Still trying to do a "Recall" so they can come back out and refix what they tried to fix the first time. The heat i have to deal with until they come back is getting pretty intense!!!

This company was a NIGHTMARE to deal with. We have a home warranty plan so this company was chosen through them. They came out the next day after the claim was submitted and diagnosed the issue. He said he would be in contact with me as soon as he got info on coverage and what not this was a Friday and said it could possibly be Monday before we heard anything. By Wednesday I tried to call the different numbers listed for them and no one would answer. By Friday, it had been a whole week, I had to call the warranty company to call them just to see what was going on. The warranty company had not even received a report to see if we were covered. The warranty company was awesome and had everything approved and called back within 15 mins and said 3-5 business days to have the parts come in. So,

My home warranty service chose this company to repair my AC. I was a bit worried when I saw the reviews but my experience was quite the contrary. They called me on the first available service day to schedule a time. I asked them if they could come out the same day if possible because my unit wouldn't turn off and they did just that. Called me later when they were on the way. Overall kept great contact. Plus I was very happy that the service technician (my apologies, I'm really bad with names) he took the time to actually explain how the part that broke works and answered my questions. I really appreciate it, thank you! I'm very relieved how smoothly it went.

Queen Air was my vendor thru my home warranty. I made an appointment on Monday for a Wednesday diagnostic of my AC system. I had to remind them of the appointment when they had not arrived by 1pm on Wednesday. They sent a technician after 7pm that day. He did a basic check only to reveal my AC was not working correctly...lol. I'd already explained the issue which was frozen pipes. They took my service fee money only to schedule another test at additional cost to actually tell me the specific reason it wasnt running correctly. I declined. I'm using another company. After several unreturned calls, poor service, an obvious attempt to bilk money from me and the level of pure unprofessionalism, Queen Air will never get my business again or a referral.
