I contacted Queen City Cleaning for a move out deep cleaning because I was selling my house. I spoke with Justin and he was very responsive and patient with me and my questions, I appreciate how detailed and thorough he was when explaining his services and package deals that he offers. He helped me choose the best option for my needs, and when I told him I wanted to shop around he continued to tell me why him and his cleaning business would be a great choice and that he would honor my estimate if I happened to call back. I called around and didn’t quite get the same customer service so I decided to go with QCC and boy was that the right call. Justin was so polite, professional and was able to get me in when another highly recommended company that I've used in the past, never showed and the communication was terrible with them. He did an excellent job on our 4 rooms, hallway and stairs and was reasonably priced. I will definitely be using again.
