I had a great experience with Queen City Fireplace from start to finish. Alex Jr. was extremely helpful in the showroom and took the time to help me find the exact unit that was right for my home... Shortly after, Alex Sr. met me at my property to walk me through the entire installation process, explain what to expect, and answer all of my questions. Everything was handled efficiently and the entire job was completed within the same week. The knowledge and customer service was excellent… I highly recommend Queen City Fireplace to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and high quality fireplace company!

Updated review : Alex returned today to finish the job. The door had some paint issues and mismatched handles. Alex offered to come back and touch up the paint but I declined. The fireplace unit looks nice but my overall customer experience has been lacking. Original review : Wish I’d read all the Google reviews before I paid in full for our gas fireplace. Alex came for a quote on 10/26 and committed to doing the install on 10/30. We paid in full on 10/27 as invoiced… that was the first red flag I missed. 10/30 arrived and it was a no show. The office said it was a scheduling issue and that he would arrive the next day 10/31, he again no showed without communication. We had 5 other no show appts, but finally on 11/14 he showed up to install the unit. The major issue we still have i

Alex and team are unique in Charlotte for installing fireplaces and building the all-important surrounding structure with the desired aesthetic. He kept his commitment to complete our custom project by Thanksgiving, overcoming obstacles and working long days. Importantly, his team was warm & friendly, with an incredible work ethic and attention to detail, including the clean up each day. We are beyond pleased with the final outcome !!

Alex did a wonderful job with our fireplace. Ultimately, we chose Alex and Queen City because of his expertise and engineering background along with fire safety knowledge. However, he went above and beyond to ensure that our install had practically no damage to repair and converted our old wood burning insert to gas with precision. Only negative I will say is that there were a few missed appointments. But, to be fair it is also the busy season so I get it. Stick with the process, it will be worth it

Just in time for the holidays! Thanks to Alex and his wonderful crew at Queen City. Beautiful and meticulous work. High end fireplace. They were able to move our install date up and everyone involved were exceptional in their craft. Very pleased with the final project and a perfect addition and ambience to our home. Thank you!
