We got quotes from a couple different companies to repair an issue with our HVAC system, and the prices we were given were outrageous. Thankfully, Queen City Heating & Air came in with a quote that was much more reasonable and really showed they care more about their customers than just overcharging them. Topher, Peyton, and Elvis (and shoutout to my boy BJ, as well) were all professional, kind, and courteous and throughly explain the issue. They got the job done efficiently and were great to work with. Any company that puts the customer ahead of the almighty buck deserves my business, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Mr. Lloyd Pelly completed my furnace tune-up. He contacted me 30 minutes out and arrived on time. He was polite, informative, and efficient; I appreciated his professionalism. QC employees quality trained individuals who are knowledgeable and trustworthy. They do not resort to high pressure sales or scare tactics and their prices are competitive. Thank you Mr. Pelly; you are another great example of what distinguishes QC!

My parents are looking to get a new heating and cooling system for their home to get away from wood burning heating of their home and we have looked high and low in different companies to see if we could find what they are looking for and we contacted Queen City Heating and Air Conditioning and they were willing to come out and give us a quote as soon as the next day! Talk about accommodating. They sent out BJ W. to come and look over everything and give us our options. He is very knowledgable and it seems that he has been doing this for quite some time. He was very open and honest with us about everything and that matters most to us. I will definitely recommend him to anyone!

BJ was very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate him coming out at the last minute to assist with my HVAC system.
