From everyone in the front office to the installers and every person in between, this company truly cares. They are helpful, compassionate, and incredibly understanding. We weren’t able to budget for a new unit, and instead of pushing a replacement, they repaired our old one — which most companies wouldn’t even touch. They went above and beyond by rushing out to make sure our family stayed warm before the storm, and we are beyond grateful. Thank you all for everything you do — your kindness and integrity don’t go unnoticed.

Been having an issue with our heater for the last two winters that has gone undiagnosed by multiple companies. Reese was great! He took the time to go through and diagnose the problem and get it fixed for us. It was really nice to have our heater work when it needed to. Definitely will be using Queen City again for our HVAC needs, and I highly recommend them.

I purchased a new furnace and air conditioning unit and Queen City was ready to install in two days. Richard, Preston and Noah were great.very knowledgeable but also dedicated to doing their very best . In a matter of hours I had a new unit operating and the area all cleaned up. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am and how stress free the project was. I will definitely continue to use Queen City for my heat and air needs.

Reese was punctual very knowledgeable and polite and knew his job well. He was very informative and let me know of everything that needed to be fixed. He handled everything and gave me a price a quote before he left. He left me with confidence that he knew what he was talking about and that he knew his job well and then he was gonna take care of me a very good company I would recommend highly

Great people, on time and did great work. The only off was that I was told it would be a one day install but it was one and 2/3 day install.
