This company overcharges for their time, $96 an hour for a team of 2. The company charged me 45 minutes for the time their employees waited for their ride at the front door, in front of our Ring camera. I would not trust them in my home again. The cleaners teased our dogs through the doors and caused them to bark unnecessarily.

I used Queen of Clean for a deep clean, move out cleaning. We had a couple of issues, but they were very responsive and professional in handling the matter. The came back and WOW! The place was spotless and we are very satisfied.

I own and manage a 4-bedroom rental. I have used Queen of Clean Service for many years and have always been very happy with their results and prices - if they weren't great, I would have gone somewhere else. I have never had any problems, and the tenants have never complained about cleaning charges that were passed on to them, because the prices are fair. Oscar is very easy to communicate with, always returns my calls, and he and his crew always show up on time, follow instructions, and clean very well. In the last tenant turnover, a few tenants stayed on, and were very pleased with how clean everything was after the crew left, especially the kitchen, fridge, stove, carpets, and windows.

Queen of Clean has been cleaning my house for years. The house is spotless, they are on time and I love the flexibility of booking according to my schedule. Because they send a team of 2 or 3, they can clean my entire house in a just a few hours. Highly recommend.

Without exception, Queen of Clean staff have been pleasant, hard working, reliable, and professional. They will do a good job without oversight, or do exactly what I ask. Their window washing crew, carpet crew, and general cleaners are all first rate. So are the two guys who manage the place.
