I contracted Queens of Floors to refinish and revitalize my 2 car garage floor with the Epoxy Decorative Flake Floor Finish and I must truly say that I definitely made the right decision by selecting Queens of Floors to do the job. From start to finish my experience was very satisfying, Sasha, prompltly responded to my initial inquiry and set up a consultation appointment to take a look at the garage floors. She explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions. The price was very fair for the very high quality top notch work they completed. On the day of the job, the Queens arrived (yes two ladies, Sasha and Portia), offloaded their equipment, and began the process. My garage floor was properly grinded down to it's original state of bare concrete before any finishing mater

I’m so thankful for finding this group of hard-working women. They were very helpful from the moment I contacted them. They gave me a great deal and in one day my garage floor was done and improved so much. Incredible how fast and efficient they are. Highly recommend it to anyone trying to do anything to any floor in their home.

Queens of floors took advantage of us. Their sales routine fooled us and contradicted their contract and actual knowledge. This was pure deceit!!! But what speaks louder than words are the photos! They were so condescending and rude to my wife when she tried to ask them to come back and fix the garage floor or refund us. The queens of floors lack integrity, they won’t stand behind their work. We would have hired another company from the get go if they hadn’t misled us. They didn’t even grind the floor properly, you can see the old paint, let alone apply an actual stain. They haphazardly applied splotchy paint with roller marks and refused to come back. Looks really amateur and awful. Stay far away!
