Queenscape Landscaping

Our builder, MI Homes, used Queenscape for our landscape needs when we purchased our home in August 2015. I hired them after closing to install irrigation along with additional plants around our home. There were a few issues with the irrigation system to begin with and they were willing to come out correct them. However, later when we encountered other issues they refused to come out or return phone calls. We had to hire a different company to correct the issues and when I called the company to speak to the owner I never received a call back. I was very dissapointed with how the situation ended.

They were subcontracted through Toll Brothers to do my landscaping and irrigation. Two shrubs died within the first couple of months. They were notified but shrubs were never replaced. My irrigation system was installed incorrectly and has resulted in several leaks that required replacing joints. Had qualified people show me how they created stress fractures while laying PVC pipes that created leaks over the years. Nothing happened first two years, been a nightmare since. I would never recommend them for any work and especially irrigation!

Worst company ever, they undercut the competition just to get the job done, they allow the use of Marijuana by the drivers. The manager Jon or John is a complete moron when it comes to management and is also trained his henchmen field supervisor jimmy as well. Both are extremely cruel to their workers and are a sign that the company is pathetic. There are a few good employees that are unfortunately being pushed out in order to save money or find some new ones that will just take the abuse. If you want lawn care with extremely poor quality materials used and horrible management then queenscape is the company for you. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Company claims to spread fescue seed in septic field areas, however I personally watched the guys spread straw grass right on top of graded area with no seed installation prior. When I spoke w/ project manager he claimed no fescue seed came up due to me not watering lawn. Surely I would get a blade or 2 that would germinate on a 1/4 acre, but not one blade of fescue popped up other than the straw grass seed itself. I just wish the company would do what they say they are going to do!

Unfortunately they work for our builder, John Wieland, and they do horrible work. They planted our bushes wrong and had to redo it. They did it terribly the second time as well, randomly put the bushes in, no rhyme or reason for the positioning and didn't listen to directions on what was wanted. They obviously don't know how to lay sod or just don't care. They leave huge gaps between the sod and put down dead sod most of the time. They don't put down a top soil on the clay before laying the sod, very lazy. Mostly just underpaid teenagers doing horrible work. Leaving trash and cigarette butts everywhere, just ridiculous. I wish I could post pictures of the awful work they do.
