Quest Plumbing

Had a major water leak in my home. I called Quest based on a recommendation by a close friend. They worked with my schedule, showed up earlier than expected (and gave notice), and the best part is that they gave the price upfront. I appreciate that they were honest about the cost, which was very fair. Finally, Abel explained everything very clearly. He was empathetic about the situation, but we also had a good laugh at the end. Overall will definitely use Quest again.

Abel was very professional and he is an excellent communicator. He was very knowledgeable. This was a water heater replacement and it ended up including some remedial work—at my option. I was pleased with the quality of work and clean up after. Abel was assisted by Max. They are a great team. Thank you!

They came out to give me an estimate for on demand water heater. He was thorough, polite, and informative. As an update the on demand water heater is done and its awesome. Worth the money. All 3 workers that came out did a great job.

Abel did a great job today finding leaks at our house. He communicated what he was going to do in advance. Upon completion, he let me know the results, suggested alternative next steps and the cost of those alternatives. Abel has a great attitude, work ethic and really good communication skills. Able did an excellent job with our plumbing request. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Called Quest this morning for a leaking faucet and they came within the hour. Always great customer service!
