Questmark was hired for a total floor removal and concrete polish of my 10,000 sq/ft beauty academy. Questmark did a less than amateur job and cost us thousands of dollars in repairs and replacement of 'missing items.' They rushed through the job with no care or pride in their work what so ever. The crew were absolute slobs all around. We were removing vinyl time because of water issues. When the crew started to remove the tile with their machine, glue from the tile squirted out all over walls and mirrors. Instead of stopping and addressing the problem, the crew continue to run over the tile blowing liquid glue all over our walls. While grinding down the concrete the crew nicked a water line that flooded half of the location. They also cracked off a bunch of pvc fixtures from the floor

I contracted with Questmark to refinish about 60,000. sq. ft. of concrete flooring and their parent company for a 100,000. sq ft. roof. The original flooring job was to prep the floor and apply a 1 coat system. When completed the job was riddled with fish-eyes and particles embedded in the floor finish (chunks of concrete, screws, miscellaneous debris). They offered to comeback and do spot repairs which would have left the floor looking like polka-dots. After much discussion with them I agreed to BUY a second coat at what I was told was a reduced cost and would extend the life of the system significantly. I have used Questmark for a couple midsize floors (10,000 to 15,000sf) now and each time they provided excellent service with an excellent result!
