I am writing on behalf of my elderly grandmother who was overcharged & taken advantage of by this company. She experienced a flood over the weekend a few weeks ago that damaged the adjoining wall of her entry door and garage, including the laundry room between them. She said “multiple specialists were called in” at various times without consulting her first to address a problem the team could’ve handled independently over the course of a few days and charged her $18k for three weeks of work that wasn’t even comprehensive enough to catch the water damage under the floor. A second company was hired to address that. It was obvious when she shared with me that this company prioritizes its own interests over the needs and interests of the customer. I have a leaking coming from the toilet on the master bathroom on the roof of my living room. They came fast and gave me an estimate starting next day. Unfortunately it didn’t dry as fast as we expected after 4 days because the tile wasn’t removed. They proceed to remove the tile and after another 4 days.of annoying noise it was dry. They were really understandable about my concerns and how expensive it was becoming after more days added and worked with me. Good reliable people. Also they were careful when they have to move furniture and the toilet and tile. The technicians were really nice and polite: Jeremy, Angel, Sergio and Jose.

I cannot express how bad something has to be in order for me to take the time to write a negative review. This company is 100% a scam, looking to catch people unaware and charge them for services they don't need. We had some dampness in the garage that we hired them to take care of. The service guy came hours later than the window he provided and set up a couple dehumidifiers. We had asked for him to remediate a very minor mold issue under the sink upstairs (which we ended up handling ourselves with products from Amazon). After hours spent setting up the three dehumidifiers, he calls to say he didn't even look at the sink. I asked him to take care of it and complete the job we agreed to in the estimate. The guy then tapes off half our kitchen for demolition and sends an additional estimate

Robert was nothing but a class act!! Knowledgeable, professional, educated, timely and a hard worker. Quick dry answered the phone and within hours were at my home and treating my problem.
