Chris & Jayden were absolutely outstanding! They were both professional and courteous throughout each appointment. They clearly communicated, in a calming fashion, the type of work that was needed in order to address our water issue. It was obvious from the outset that they were both skilled and experienced in their field. We deeply appreciated the clean up and furniture replacement after each visit. Both Jayden and Chris were excellent, highly recommend.

Our house had a flood upstairs which also effective downstairs. Quick Dry was referred to us by the plumber and they were amazing. The first technician was at our house within an hour of us calling him. The demo crew came straight over after they finished another job, same day. I thought maybe a couple guys would show up and take several hours. Six guys arrived and took about two hours getting the affected areas cleaned up, sprayed and sealed off to start the drying process. They were all very professional and kind. I absolutely felt safe and comfortable having them in our home. They had to come back several days in a row. My rental shower had severe long-term water damage-so extensive that many studs and the subfloor needed major repair before my plumbing company could install a new shower. Quick Dry sent Franco, Alex, Jerry and Jr, who completed the drying and mold treatment in 3 days. What impressed me most was Greg’s carpentry work afterward. He showed up on time, repaired all the damaged studs and subfloor, reinstalled LVP, and completed everything with exceptional quality. He’s also incredibly easy to work with. Greg is the kind of person who does everything he promises- and even more. Truly amazing!

We discovered two leaks downstairs and our warranty sent Quick Dry Restorations to inspect the issue. That’s when this entire nightmare began. They told us the repairs couldn’t go through the warranty and had to be processed through insurance. They tore out our tub, flooring, and bathroom to dry everything out and told us it would take about a month. It’s now almost December and our home looks worse than when they started. They left multiple patch-test holes in both bathrooms, missing trim, a huge cut in our dining room wall, and our main bathroom is completely unusable. It gets even worse: when they removed our vanity, the technician left a faucet ON, which caused a whole new leak that damaged our basement ceiling and wall. From my first contact with a call to ask if we would be available for them to get started right away, to the final questions answered as they were leaving at the end of their day, absolutely TOP NOTCH service! Professional, courteous, fast, neat and clean. It was so wonderful to feel secure and unconcerned about having a crew throughout our home coming and going upstairs and down, through different spaces, and have no worries.
