Quick Fix Appliance Sales and Service

Markise came out fix my dryer. Took it apart and the heating element was bad. Paid the $110 visit fee at that time. 5 days later, he kept saying the part hadn't come in yet. I called a local appliance parts company in Durham, they had 15 parts in stock. I picked it up, installed myself and put the dryer back together. Not a good experience with this company.

Great experience. Phone call picked up immediately and Markise was out just a couple hours later. Identified the parts to replace quickly, ordered them, and in just a few days, they arrived, and he installed them later that same day. Really appreciate the prompt and skilled response. Let the clothes drying resume!

I'd tried a large appliance repair service first, and after they canceled two appointments on me, I called here and had an assessment performed on my leaking washing machine the same day. He ordered a new pump for me and installed it as soon as it came in with good communication throughout the process. I'll start here the next time I have any issues.

Had an issue with my fridge. Quick Fix came out the same day to diagnose the problem. It was late in the day and part was not on hand, but they came back the following day and got things repaired. Very knowledgable and explained what was happening. Will use again if I have a fridge problem. - Diagnosed coolant leak (likely pin-hole) - Installed vampire valve to enable coolant recharge Quick and cheaper than a new fridge!

Markise is friendly, knowledgeable & very professional. I was stressed when my new dryer stopped working suddenly but he was able to find and fix the problem quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone!
