Quick Fix Appliance Sales and Service

very poor service, I called on a monday to try to set an appointment for Thursday and was to told call back on the day I needed the appointment. I called on Thursday and was told they was in Greensbourl and they would call me on their way back and get my address, after about 6:30 or 7 pm I called them back and was told they had not left yet. I never heard from them again untill Saturday around 3 pm. I told the man I had called someone else to come look at it and the man very rudely hung up on me. I will never call this place again.

If I could give a 10 for this company, I definitely would! These guys are courteous, on time, stay in contact with you about parts that had to be ordered, and know how to fix appliances. I have a dryer that I thought needed a new heating element. It ended up not being the dryer at all but how it was vented to the outside. In the process of looking for the issue mentioned above, I had a belt that was just about worn out. The belt had to be ordered. They charged a service charge but when they came to fix the belt, only charged me for the belt and labor. Their prices are very reasonable as well. If I ever need an appliance fixed again, I know who I will call, Quick Fix in Henderson, NC.

Very pleased with Quick Fix. I have used them several times in the past and have very pleased with the service, professionalism, courtesy, and the reasonable rates. Always on time. Last time I used them was 1/13/2025 .They repaired my range. I feel I can completely trust this company. Yes, I would recommend them to anyone.

My lock mechanism on a brand new washer messed up…Called quick fix, Marquis came, checked it out, ordered the part (and it was back in a week), came as soon as the part came in and fixed it! I believe with Marquis coming to check the washer out and fixing it, he may have been there all together about 45 mins! I highly recommend!!
