Quick & Kind Appliance Repair

My husband and I were very pleased with the service we got from Ryan today. Just like the name says, he got to us quickly and was kind AND very thorough. He fixed our washing machine and explained everything he did. We highly recommend using him for your repairs!

I was having a horrendous experience with Sears Home services. I needed a drain motor for my washer. After collecting a large fee and telling me the part would be sent to me and they would come back. After 21 days of No part and conversation with AI and bots, I was referred to Quick & Kind. I called and spoke to Cindy, explained my problem and she called me back in a few minutes to say she sourced 5 pumps. I scheduled the repair and like 36 hours later repair was done! The Company name represents them very well. They were very friendly and efficient. The son also is very pleasant and did a great job. I would highly recommend them for all repairs. Price was very reasonable also. Needless to say, I am still fighting Sears for a refund.

Ok I did not have them repair anything but, I did talk to Ryan on the phone and he was very professional and helpful. My washer needed a pump so I ordered it online and decided to change it myself. With that being said Ryan was very helpful with the questions I had and I feel a little bad about fixing it myself but I am always up for a personal challenge. Moving forward if I encounter things that are out of my realm of capability I will definitely be using them and also I will be recommending them to anyone who asks me. Like I said there was no repair performed by them but just the 2 phone interactions alone proved to me that they are a stand up well priced company !
