recently hired this company for furniture disposal, and they delivered an excellent experience from beginning to end. Osman and Team was extremely professional, very responsive, and consistently kept me informed throughout the entire process. I appreciated that they provided updates without me having to ask, which made everything smooth and worry-free. They arrived on time, handled all items with care, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Overall, exceptional service and great communication. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional furniture disposal service.

My experience with QRM moving company was less than favorable. It has taken me a few months to write this review because I too am a veteran and wanted to support my veteran-owned company. I was moving less than half of mile down the road which I thought was going to be an easy move. Not so much!!! I elected to have them pack and move me which was my first mistake. It was supposed to be a two-day move but ended up being 3-days with me sleeping on the floor of the place I moved out because they couldn't safely deliver my furniture on the second day as promised (or contacted). This move cost over $4000+ dollars and that was with a military discount. Currently in transition from an apartment to my new house and I used QRM. As my move-in date has changed several times and ultimately ended up resulting in my furniture, going into their in-house storage, Stuart was gracious and understanding and gave no fuss about my own uncertainty of my situation. I was assigned Scott, Dezmond (Dez for short), and How and we had a great time. Because my friend was going into storage, Scott kept a detailed sheet of everything that was loaded into the truck. Dez was responsible for preparing the big items (couch, dining room table, barstools, and futon) and How transported to the moving truck.
