Quick Servant Company, Inc.

Quick Servant charged me $1,207 for an AC repair that was originally invoiced at $866. The bill should have been paid by my previous landlord, but instead of working with me, they went straight to my corporate office and inflated the charge. They sent two technicians for a job one could handle and billed a whopping $800 for labor alone. Overpriced work, poor communication, and no regard for the customer.

I’m a bar manager. Quick servant had come out once before to fix a bar fridge. Still wasn’t working. Brian came out today and did an outstanding job! Temped it correctly and fixed the door. I really appreciate his hard work and professionalism. 5 out of 5.

I can not express enough how blown away I am with Quick Servant. The friendly, prompt customer service "Dexter Ross" provides is up and beyond any expectations I have ever had. He is always looking out for the best interest of my business, affordability, urgency, and is always accessible day or night. The techs are always friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Raphael was great figured out what was wrong with my fridge and order the part and it was fixed fast.. not to mention was easy going and easily explained and answered any questions I had

Dave came out to help replace our oven door, and the day before when I asked how long it was going to take the person said it was going to take about an hour or two, but Dave was able to get it done in 20 minutes. He was professional, quick, easy to work with, and everything you would want out of a technician. I greatly recommend them and Dave deserves more than what he gets paid I'm sure.
