If you wanna waste time and money on dry and unworkable concrete, this is the company for you. The truck drivers for Argos cant figure out that when you request for more water to be added to 10 yards of mud, that you mean more than 1/2 a gallon of water. Instead, they perfer to make you work slower so that they can charge you overtime after the first hour of the concrete truck sitting at your jobsite.
