it's a park and ride, there's nothing too fancy. the best benefit is being able to pull in directly off of 93/95. have switched to paying either by phone or elsewhere, so the toll booths are long gone. the red line will save you so much heartache with 93 north& southbound traffic, and it's really cheap to park for the whole day, especially on the weekend!

It's good enough to leave the car at. It's safe, but nowhere to pay for parking. We were told that we could just leave and the owners won't send police to Ohio looking for Me, but send me a $9 parking fee with $1 charge for having sent to my home. I guess that's fine, but I would have rather just paid whilst here. If you're trying to deter travellers, you're doing a fine job. I think you should change your payment kiosk.

It was then that a person dropped off on the Uber platform, I stopped for 10 minutes to wipe my car (clean) and they told me to pay $10 for 10 minutes that I had no intention of staying, my stop was to wipe my car because I do Uber

The station parking garage itself is great but I would like to highlight a way to get from the station to Verchild street... In addition to the exit from front facing the Thomas E. Burgin Parkway, there is a back exit located in the 5th level of parking garage that allows one to exit to Independence Ave/Verchild St. How? Right after exiting out of the faregates, take the elevator located in front, go to the 5th floor and turn left. Yes, I know for the locals this is not a big deal but for someone from out of town (Like myself), it took me a good 15 min to find out how to get there. 😅😅😅

Disappointed that you have to download an app to pay for parking. It was a pain to say the least
