There was this extremely professional, nice and friendly woman who really helped me when I was there. I called a few times with questions and she was never nasty or annoyed. I was moving alone , no clue where to go and was totally exhausted. I wasn’t in the best of moods when I pulled in. But her cheerful attitude was contagious. I can’t thank her enough for turning that day around for me. On top of being professional, helpful and kind. she has an amazing smile that you just can’t be angry around. I’m glad she’s the person I dealt with. She really made a bad day alot better.

Really responsive and professional service! I made a request to address a noisy SMH frame and cover and it was taken care of same day. Thanks Quincy water, sewer, and drain division!

Most of the people working at DPW are great but 1/2 have hung up on my calls. Of course they were young girls and might have had a tough morning.

This is the 3rd time that my trash has not been picked up. This company that you have contracted with is terrible. What is their problem!! I just went out and brought my trash back in because these people neglected to take it away. It is now 8:20 PM. Inexcusable!!!

I feel they keep The Community pretty. It's just recently there has been litter all over a historic site and I addressed it but still waiting for a response? Unheard of! 😔
