The extent of my regret from associating with this store is unmeasurable. First it was the exceedingly rude and loud behavior of their loader; a lithe, balding, dark-haired man with an extremely poor attitude, loudly complaining about customers returning for additional business on the same day. Second, it was the undisclosed restocking fee of 15% (!!) for removing a single packaged item from the store for 17 minutes and returning it still intact, in the original packaging. The return was caused by a misestimation of the pattern and color of the product by the 'expert' office staff who apparently do roofing supplies for work, on purpose, every day. When one brings in a sample of shingle, one expects roofing supply professionals to at least get the pattern somewhat similar, let alone the co

I'm a Truck driver and I delivered a load of shingles to them the staff was really friendly they got me in and out..
