R & B Tile

We had our bathroom tiled by another company and there were chips and uneven grout lines. We scheduled with R&B to come over and assess the situation. Rorey came the same day. He was a nice man. He looked at our tile and seemed to understand our issue. He took some photos, said he'd speak with his team and get back to us mid-week. He never got back to us, so R&B was a waste of time. Thankfully, R&B was not the only company we called to bid on the job. We contracted with another tiler to have the job completed and it looks great!

I hired RB Tile to reinstall a wall-mounted sink that had fallen and to repair the adjacent tiles in one of two separate but adjoining toilets in a commercial building. (The toilets were renovated by a licensed contractor about five years ago.) About a week later, the repaired sink came loose from the wall by about an inch or so, but it didn’t fall. Rorey mentioned that the wall wasn’t designed to accommodate a wall-mounted sink and suggested I install a pedestal one instead. That’s fine, but if the wall wasn’t suitable for a wall-hung sink, I believe he should have advised me of that before starting the work. After all, the sink had stayed securely in place for five years. Nevertheless, I hired him to install pedestal sinks in both toilets. The sinks were identical, but the faucets were

R & B Tile was very good. Bill was very thorough with the quote and checked in on the project every day. Sergio is a maestro. He takes pride in his work and wants to get it right. If you have a suggestion he listens and is accommodating. I would highly recommend R & B Tile.

My apologies to Robert Bassuk (owner) for such a tardy review. I used R&B Tile almost two months ago at the tail end of July to regrout all of the tile surfaces in my apartment. Kitchen and two bathrooms. I found the company while doing an online search. I had been wanting to get this project done for quite a while and finally found the right block of time to do it.
