Landlord here. Richard chose to play sides with my tenants and refused to send me pictures of the damage my tenants caused to the electrical system or his finished work. Once I finally evicted the tenants and got a look at his work I found old breakers and trash all over the work areas as well as a combo lock left with the sensitive code in the trash pile he left for me to clean up. I had a dire emergency when a series of brownouts burnt up the motherboard on my home backup generator, which prevented my house from getting electricity. Outdoor temperatures were well below freezing, and the house got colder and colder, very near to the point of freezing the pipes and making the problem much worse. Rich came out on CHRISTMAS EVE and bypassed the junction box, restoring my power. I was very grateful. A very competent and confident young man, the "go-getter" type, knowledgeable despite his age. I was impressed.

Rick Bruno is outstanding had the telephone pole on are property break and took out power to are house. He stopped down when i called him assess the problem. Had a new pole and meter back up and utility Company there to connect power the next day amazing work

Bruno electric saved our day. A tree fell on my mother's house and tore the electrical service off the house. It was a Sunday morning 7am when we discovered the problem. They reacted quickly with a call back, and got my mom up and running that day. Thanks for the great service!!

We found out through a home inspection that our breaker box was not properly grounded to meet code. It needed 2 ground rods put into the ground 8ft and have a copper wire running to the box. We also needed a GFCI and a receptacle installed down cellar. Rich came to explain what he had to do, fit us in within a week of first stopping by, did exactly what he said he had to do, and was done professionally. Would highly recommend his work and really appreciated fitting us in so quickly.
