It was great working with Rich and his team. He made the process smooth and was awesome at making sure all our questions were answered. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the choice of wood and stain. He’s very knowledgeable about processes, techniques, and products, a true expert in the field. He provided us with the look we wanted for a competitive price and on a tight timeline. Richie and his team went above and beyond my expectations. First, they were they accommodating and squeezed me in their busy schedule so I could refinish my floors while my pets and I were out of the house for the week. Second, their prices were very affordable (especially for such high quality work). Last, but definitely not least, my floors look more amazing than I ever could have expected. They are miracle workers and turned my cruddy stained floors into a beautiful immaculate hardwood piece of art. My house looks like a whole new house! The day arrived, the work began: a few days of sanding, a few coats of polyurethane - done early in the day so we could walk on the floors by evening. Every day they arrived on time, and at the end of each day, they cleaned up well. Richard and his team did an excellent job refinishing my hardwood floors. The floors had some minor damage which were fixed during the refinishing process. The floors look better than new.
