They were very fast and seemed great until we had an issue 4-5 months later. They told us one thing would be ok and rather than the owner admit that maybe one of his workers approved or suggested the wrong size of wiring he was denying and blaming us from the time they arrived! One year warranty doesn't mean anything! They charged us $128.00 to reset and do nothing. We on the other hand are going to have to buy another new breaker box, wiring, and misc. Which was expensive the first time! Beware especially when you spend $13,000 to them alone.

RC Heating and Cooling is very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. We just had our ac and furnace replaced and we couldn’t be more pleased with the units and work that was done. They are the best in McPherson!!

Ross has fixed my moms account and week I called after they open he was here when he said he would be he explained what he did answered all questions. He will usually explain each step and why so u have a clear understanding of what's going on. Ross -Owner I recommend to anybody.

Really nice people, they were even willing to work with our homeowners warranty. They fixed the problem and our AC is working better than ever! Thank you

We had them come out to check out a job and give us a quote. It has now been a week and a half and haven't heard anything back. So we are going with a different company.
