R & D Heating And Cooling

I love these guys. They are very responsive and professional. I have had numerous emergencies and they are always quick to respond and helpful! Even when my "emergency" was needing to replace battery on thermostat they were there and able to guide me in what to do. When my fireplace was leaking gas, they caught this and replaced the unit quickly. They are very reasonable as far as cost as well. Very thankful to have them in the community.

We are extremely happy with the communication and service. I called last fall, our furnace wasn’t working . They showed up within an hour and had the problems fixed quickly. Their charge was very reasonable.

I am so impressed with R&D. My heater went out and I called at 6:30am and left a message; I got a return call by 7:45am and the job was done by 9am. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient answering all of my questions. When my 50-year-old heater finally dies, as is expected, they will absolutely have my business.

My old heater quit right when you'd expect it to...right when it got cold. They were prompt and courteous, and made the necessary repairs quickly (that morning) and for a very reasonable price. I will always contact R&D for my heating needs, and gladly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

After being avoided and not returning my calls, they had 5 minute “evaluation” then vacuumed 5 of the 10 floor vents without even wiping the cleaner out to “remedy” the damage mice had done to the venting system. Therefore, I was still unable to use the furnace heat all winter. My understanding is that mouse urination, deification, and death with the heat ducts is extremely hazardous and beyond putrid stink. Not at all recommended especially after they charged $349.00!
