R D Heller Plumbing Heating A/C-Electrical

April brought some unseasonably high temperatures and when I turned on my AC - uh oh! RD Heller to the rescue. Not only were they honest about the cost and repairs, they were also friendly! Everyone I spoke to was kind. I highly recommend this company!! It’s refreshing to know there are still wonderful companies out there that truly care about their customers!

My rental property had a report of 'No Water'. at 10:30 AM. I called the office at the service guys just left with water flowing. This house has a well, they dispatched a two man crew ready to tackle just about any issue including pulling the pump. Fortunately it was the pressure switch that had corroded and gone bad in our well pit. All parts have been replaced. Could not ask for better service. The service personnel are always courteous and professional as always. This is not my first time using R D Heller, and my experience has always been the same excellence time after time. Well done RD Heller.

The TRUTH will set you FREE! Called these people up to get a technician out to listen to my AC Condenser which someone else installed and was making a loud noise. Jane said the service call would be FREE since he just had to stop by and listen to it. He did this and told me it was FREE again but his Boss had to get involved since he didn't understand the problem. His Boss came out and simply looked at the Model and Serial numbers ONLY. Then he claimed to have researched information at the office and nothing could be done for the noise which made no sense to me but I'm not an HVAC person. Then a few days later I received a bill for $129.00! I paid half that amount for the minimal research being done but they used the Term FREE to hide their overpriced No service fee of $129.00!

I have always had great service from R.D. Heller for plumbing/heating repair. Quality of services for the cost equals good value. Employees are professional and responsible. Overall, I recommend R.D. Heller.
