I noticed that my oil tank was empty at last minute and we called and they were able to deliver it the same day, 3 hours after I called. They are amazing people and I am so thankful they were able to do it on such short notice!! Highly recommend!

Was there today to start up an account and I was extremely impressed, First thing I noticed was the Prayer request box, something that you don't see very often, a company that isn't afraid of showing their Faith and a willingness to help others. Looking forward to doing business you folks.

We are new oil heat homeowners and no clue what we are doing. Our first visit to the office was great! Informative and friendly staff. Prompt delivery. Then today, a Sunday of course, horrible smell upstairs of burning oil. Jeremiah came to our house within 20 minutes of calling. Walked me through the issues and fixed the issue. He took time to educate me and made sure he left with me feeling at ease and a plan for service. If you don’t think you need to service your furnace on the regular, think again. So thankful RE Smith was there for us. 24/7 service!!!
