Beyond being knowledgeable and courteous..Unbelievably HONEST! We called the other day to inquire about a PVC pipe...about 10 minutes later, they called back to ask if that # still belonged to Bill. After confirming, they said that they had been holding a $138 credit for us that was supposed to have been credited back to the card, but for some reason never did! Crazy part...it was from 2016!! They didn't have to say a thing, but did, and we got the credit! Many thanks to the Hanover Staff!

These guys saved the day and a quoted $590 plumbing job. I spent the morning checking with 2 plumbers and 4 plumbing supply stores in the Hanover area looking to replace a valve for our 20 year old shower. Nobody could recognize the old unmarked valve. Last stop was R F Fager Co and the counter guys said the same thing as the other parts guys BUT they pull out a 2 page giant chart with pictures of about 200 valves and handed it to me and said if you can find it on here we can get it for you. Well in about a minute I saw the valves and one of the guys asks who makes it and what is the part number. About a minute later he says just go to Home Depot in York and on Isle 12 bin 13 you will find 4 of them costing about $38. So they saved me an expensive plumbing job, did not make a dime off of m

Highest prices I have ever seen! Most of the staff are not very knowledgeable in the construction , plumbing or HVAC industry. Many don't even know much about what they sell there. They do have a great selection of parts and fittings overall in the company but the Hanover branch does not carry much in the way of plumbing. If you don't mind paying the highest prices out there , both wholesale or retail then they may have what you need or they will get it and use their famous words "we can get it here by tomorrow"

To the lady behind the counter Scrolling Facebook....the reason I went to the other associate wwswas because I am impatient. It was because I stood there for 5 minutes and you didn't bother to look up and acknowledge me. If it wasn't for the fact I was picking up an order I would of left the store. Facebook nearly costed you a customer I hope your manager would be okay with that.
