I had two leaks that needed to be fixed and Ryan, who was the gentleman that came to take care of the problem was not only very professional, but he was also friendly and kindly went out of his way to explain what he found and what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and helpful as I humorously told him plumbing was not my calling. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to come and take care of the problem. I am very pleased with the work that was done and I would definitely go with R & J Ertel and Ryan again!😊

I recently had my water heater replaced by R&J Ertel and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were immediately responsive from my first call and got me on the schedule very quickly. I'm so happy I called! I thought my washer was broke but it was my back up drain that was overflowing. I called R&J Ertel and they were the next day. The guys were so knowledgeable and knew immediately what the issue was. My septic lines needed to be hydro jetted. They were very quick as well. They called me down when they were done and to show me the issue was fixed. I'm so grateful that they were able to help me. Would definitely recommend!

These guys are totally on point. Our water heater went bad at 8am today, and by 2pm...we had a new one. The service we got was top notch. We had a service guy diagnose the problem at 9:30. By noon, the new water heater was there being installed by a professional installer. I highly, highly recommend R&J Ertel. Life throws you curveballs. R&J Ertel knocks the run in.

We had the pleasure of working with Kris Newman from R & J Ertel, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Kris spent a generous amount of time with us, carefully evaluating our home and walking us through the best options for our HVAC needs. He thoroughly explained the advantages of using a heat pump system for our upstairs, how they would install ductwork, and recommended a mini split system for our downstairs, which made perfect sense for our layout and comfort goals. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and patient Kris was—he answered every one of our questions in detail and made sure we fully understood each aspect of the project.
