I made a big mistake by paying for roofing by J.Moore. He put a layer of shingles over 2 old layers. I thought he was going to remove the old shingles but he did not. It had rained earlier that day so the roof was wet when he put the shingles down. He has no warranty or even a written reciept, he just scribbled something on scrap paper when I asked for a reciept. They broke my security light and never even returned my call when I asked him to fix it. I am an older widow and I feel that he took advantage of me . Leaving 1 star is wrong. I would put negative 1 if I could

He put a third layer of shingles over old, warped shingles. After 2 months it does not look professional. Did minimal, substandard work. They broke off a security light that was on the side of the roof and left it just hanging there with no explanation. He did not return my texts or calls about fixing it. Big mistake! Would never use them again.
