They were very accommodating with scheduling and even advised me to wait until my yard was dry before service, which they didn’t have to do, but it showed they genuinely care about their customers. The team was clean, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. They also took the time to provide helpful tips on scheduling and maintenance for the future. Great company! They were cleaning/clearing out my two neighbors Septic Tanks, so I asked them if they had time to do mine & they did!! Took them less than 40 minutes! They were very nice and informative!! I’ll definitely be calling them back in the next 4 years to empty our tank again.

We are selling our home and had a septic inspection done, revealing our distribution box needed to be replaced due to deterioration. Our realtor recommended Reggie. I called on Tuesday afternoon around 3:30 and he was at my house by 4 to give me a quick estimate on price. He told me he could have it done the next day if I wanted. He gave us an extremely fair price so I gave him the go-ahead. I got home from work the next day around 5:00, no Reggie. I just figured he got busy at a job and he’d fit me in when he could. Reggie and his dad were responsive and professional. We called another septic tank company that was suppose to pump the tank for 2 days but started giving us the run around, not showing up at scheduled times, and not returning our phone calls. We called R&J Septic tank yesterday after 6 in the afternoon. Reggie explained that he was busy but he could try and squeeze us in at 8 o'clock. Reggie was here on time and ready to work. He had our septic tank uncovered and pumped in less than 45 min. He explained to us some issues that we were having and to have then fixed/looked at by a plumber. I will be using them for all of my rental properties. Do not hesitate to call these guys.
