We returned from a July 4th trip to find our AC not working. I called Robert Adams in the morning and he came out the same day. Unfortunately we needed a part that had to be ordered. In the meantime, Mr. Adams provided a loaner window AC unit! It saved us! As soon as the part arrived our AC was repaired at a reasonable cost. To be clear, this is a LOCAL company owned by a local individual, who shows pride in his work by putting his name on his business.

Service was great! Very prompt and reasonable. Figured out the problem quickly. Will refer to friends and family.
