Marc was referred to me and did not disappoint. He responded to my inquiry for a new tankless water heater very quickly, and soon after talking with him provided me with a fair quote to procure and install the unit I wanted. Marc walked to project and came and completed the job roughly 2 weeks after; both times he was on-time. The installation was flawless and Marc worked tirelessly to complete the work including a perfect removal of my old tank, install, and cleanup. Would not hesitate to use Marc again!

I needed a shower installed quickly, and when my original plumber kept pushing me off, I got a referral for Marc through my realtor. He did a great job working with me to get that new shower installed including the permitting. He offered options with the install to help offset pricing, and since I don't mind finish work, he helped me save some money. All-in-all, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Marc!

We had a leak in our shower and R&L is close to us and we have used Marc before for plumbing fixes so it made sense to choose him again for the shower. He came out on a Saturday to check the leak and was able to come back when it was convenient for us to replace and fix the leak. We will definitely be using R&L Plumbing and Heating for any future problems that we have.

Just hired R & L to replace a hot water heater. He agreed to push me in front of some other work to come out right away and see if the heater could be fixed. Sadly, it could not be, so Mark made sure to get back to my house to replace it as soon as he was able so my family wound't have to go too long without hot water. I really appreciate that. The old heater was still under warranty, so he was okay running it back to Lowes for me and waiting around while they took forever to arrange for a replacement heater to be brought out. Mark didn't charge anything for this which was really awesome of him. I am retired from a career in construction management and have used R & L Plumbing and Heating in both commercial and residential work. Most recently at my own house for replacement of drainage system for a 1st floor bathroom. The work was completed in a timely manner and and eliminates a musty moisture condition in the basement. I would highly recommend R&L Plumbing and Heating for both residential and commercial plumbing or heating construction and/or repairs.
