Great people and business! They helped with exactly with what I needed even with just general information about my fridge problem.

I was in need for a capacitor for my home AC central air system. I found these guys and went to the store to buy one. Bought it, brought it home and had it installed. The part was bad. The repairman checked the capacitor with a meter and showed me the reading which was bad. I took the part back to r&m for an exchange. They refused. I told them the capacitor was bad. He asked if I had checked it with a meter when I bought it, before I left the store. I said, I don't know how to do that, I bought the part I was told to buy. I didn't know I had to buy a meter and check it, being that it's a 'new' part. They said too bad. Refused to give me a refund or replacement. I went in to buy a capacitor, they informed me it was still good. They could've just sold me one to make a profit but didn't. They helped further diagnose my issue and I was able to fix my AC for no cost on my own. I may not need parts now, but this guys will always be in my mind when it comes to AC parts and supplies.
