It’s very hard finding an HONEST plumber and R.McGlynn Plumbing is truly rare these days as Rob ( the one who fixed my bathtub leak) was honest and was able to fix the problem and suggestion on what I will need to do to update our system as our home is old. We called R McGlynn plumbing on New Years Eve after my mom’s boiler stopped working during a stretch of temps in the 20’s.   Rick and his crew quickly diagnosed the problem and provided us with numerous options to either repair or replace the system.   We decided to replace the old boiler as it was 40 years old.  Rick and his team jumped on it, and by January 2, the new boiler was installed and warming mom’s home.  This was all done during a holiday week, when most professionals won’t answer their phone…. Rick and his team came promptly, diagnosed the problems with my heating system, and fixed everything within one hour. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Rick and the team was awesome. I had a 24 year old gas boiler water heater unit that keeps having issues. Rick correctly identified that it had substantial built up of carbons in the heat exchanger and it was basically time to replace the whole unit. The team was able to take the old one out and put a new boiler in on the same day and it has since operated without any issues. Rick is also taking care of all the permitting paperwork and inspection visits as well. What a service! Thank you.
