I was very pleased with my carpet purchase at R n R Flooring and Design. Bella assisted me in choosing something more modern but still found out what colors I prefer. All the details were seamless from the ordering to the installation. All staff were very professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for our flooring needs.

Just got our floor installed in our home library, and Mike was great to work with. The plan had called for the floor to be installed a certain way, but because of the weird quirks in my house, it didn't look good to me. I asked him to redo the portion that he had already done so it lined up better with the walls in the room, and even though he had to pull out everything he had done so far, he didn't complain but got right to work and got the job done in just a few hours. I really appreciate the extra time and effort he put into the installation. It looks great!

I had a very negati ve experience with a recent flooring purchase. Out of my order, 21 planks had noticeable imperfections that I believe were not accurately represented when I bought the product. When I reached out to customer service for a replacement, they denied my request. They argued that the pattern was visible in the in-store sample and therefore wasn't a defect. However, I have photos showing that while small variations might have been present, the large "blotch" pattern that is my main concern was not on the sample I viewed. I even suggested they update their display sample to accurately represent the product, and the representative agreed they should, but no solution was offered for my issue. I'm now stuck with unusable planks, can't finish my project, and am out the money thi

R-n-R is an incredible company. I have had them do flooring for me in past years and I loved coming to them every time. Now I am helping my 87 year old mom get new flooring from them. They were so patient with me and my lack of knowledge of the different products and helped me find something my mom will love and it was affordable!! These guys are the best! Big hearts and integrity. 💗

We needed a specific size and design for an area rug. Patty was a genius in helping us figure out the perfect combo for our living room rug. Her knowledge, friendliness, and an eye for design made our experience perfect. I highly recommend this company, their products, and staff.
