R Pools

I called R pools from a mailer. My pool had been abandoned for almost a year. Ismael did a drain, clean, and start up. He worked very hard, was knowledgeable, and communicated very efficiently. I am so excited to have our pool in working order. Thank you so much R Pools!

Great technicians and great service! I had winterized the pool pump getting ready for our freeze we just had, so I had drained the pump. Eduardo just happened to come to my house to clean the pool on the day I was uncovering the pump to try and set everything back to running condition. Eduardo not only helped me to uncover everything, but he put the drain plugs back in, filled the pump with water and got it all back to running condition, even though it was above and beyond what he was there for!!! He was a big help for sure!!! They do what needs to be done!!! Thank you!!!

Every conversation I had with these guys has been pleasant. Ashlynn at the office has always been extremely nice and professional. She is knowlegeable and helpful. The technician sent to my house, Kain, went above and beyond the reason he came to check the equipment. I strongly recommend R Pools, and trust me, I have had dealt with a number of companies.

We were previously with another company because when we moved to Texas they were already providing service to our pool. We suspected we were taken advantage of with “issues” coming and going. Then we got a flier in the mail for RPools. Even after the promotional time period they are still more affordable and consistent. We have Colby as our tech and he is great! Good sense of humor, and he loves dogs. He is also very thorough and he leaves documentation of what he did. He isn’t what we had before and we are very pleased.
