R Paust Inc. Heating and Cooling Systems and equipment provided a wonderful experience! Because of an unexpected and unrelated furnace failure, we had to get a furnace replacement. While researching and comparing prices, company reviews, and warranty offers, we decided to hire R Paust Inc. and we were not disappointed! We then met with Tim , the company representative, who came out to see what the job entailed, offered a competitive price and thoroughly explained the process. At that point, I was contacted by Lisa in the office and entered into a few more negotiations. The final agreement was reached and the company began work the next day which was gratifying as we were without heat! We were greeted by the technicians the next morning, promptly at 8:00 am. Eddie and “Kevin 3” did a wonderful job on our full boiler replacement. They spent all day on the job and still made sure to explain how everything works and checked the zones multiple times until they were sure that we were all set. They took the time to label every single zone and pipe. We will be using R. Poust for all of our future heating needs. They’ve made a lifelong customer of me!

I was driving down garden state parkway south tonight with my child in the car and one of their employees road raged in the rain. Almost SMASHED into my car. Then proceed to follow me the next five miles. As a women this was terrifying. I backed away and then caught back up with him again unfortunately and he started break checking me. They should vet their employees when handing over keys to a work vehicle. I doubt this is a first time incident if he was so confidently reckless on a night that was POURING rain. I CERTAINLY wouldn’t want this man in my house.

On Monday we had a new heating system and water heater installed. Eddie, Kevin and Austin were wonderful, professional and kept us informed through the entire process. They made getting the work done a great experience and were very nice. They were great with our dogs! Today Bruno came out to fix a broken pipe in my son's room right away. He was professional, and very helpful with getting it fixed up! Everyone at R. Poust has been wonderful and we highly recommend them!

Gini did an absolutely fantastic job fixing our furnace during the peak of winter. When our heating system failed, she quickly diagnosed the problem and used incredible ingenuity to find an effective solution. Her professionalism, technical expertise, and creative problem-solving truly stood out. She worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and made sure the furnace was running perfectly before leaving. Thanks to Gini, our home was warm again when we needed it most.
