R & R Carpet & Cleaning Services did a great job cleaning my sofa. The results were excellent and it looks noticeably better. The service was completed quickly without feeling rushed. Communication was also very good — he was transparent about timing and reached out beforehand to let me know when he would arrive. Overall a very smooth and professional experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Had 2 large rugs cleaned in house. Roland was punctual, professional, explained what he was going to do, and aftercare etc. Would definitely use their service again.

There was a mixup on time and Roland showed up an hour early and waited over ½hour before leaving. Called him and cheerfully drove back did an excellent job on a late Friday afternoon!
