I had a tree fall through my roof in August, Lance and Tom from R & R Construction were one of the first vendors who even responded to my calls. I called over 15 locally owned business. They came out knowing that I was planning on quoting out many different vendors and gave me a honest no BS quote. Finally after three months I was able to settle with my insurance/mortgage company, I gave them a call and they were quick to respond, honored their original quote and even excepted changes understanding it would be a fluid project. Yesterday we did a final walk through and the work they completed (re-roof, truss repair, window replacement, electrical and drywall) was top notch. They worked with me the entire project and kept me informed when they had to wait on 6 different City Permits/In

Lance provided us with a whole house renovation on an old family home. The entire process was a great experience. Their crews were all efficient, friendly and very helpful. The finished project exceeded our expectations and we are extremely happy with the end product. The project was completed on time and within our agreed to price. We couldn't be happier with our experience. If we had to do this again we would certainly use R&R Construction. Being a Painting contractor myself I deal with alot of contractors and R&R tops them all. I can't imagine any company providing better customer service!

UPDATE: The office manager is very friendly and was incredibly apologetic about the way this was all handled and is trying to work something out on my behalf. Do not hire R&R. I needed a very small job done to my house, which included putting a new small piece of siding up above my front door and replacing a patch of flooring inside the front hallway. When I first established contact with them, they seemed very friendly and then it was all down hill. It was impossible to get anyone to return my calls or follow through with an appointment. One day someone showed up at my house and replaced the siding unannounced. He did not use any type of paint or sealant on the new siding he put up. No one who I had talked to previously even discussed this with me and asked me if I'd like to get matchin

We had Lance from R&R come by to give us an estimate on ceiling/drywall/painting for water damage restoration to our condo 2 months ago. He seemed great and helpful. But then he became completely unresponsive to our questions during discussion of the estimate and negotiation of the pricing (price seemed quite high). We tried emailing, texting, calling... nothing. That is completely unprofessional. We went with someone else, but it definitely threw off our timeline and made an already stressful situation even more so.

Highly professional and honest. Tom delivered as promised and was as unobtrusive as possible. They did what they said they were going to do. Can’t rate them high enough.
